Alfredo (right) is from Cuba, and was recently released from detention in Washington state, U.S. His uncle (left) had saved money to fly his wife and child to their new home in Texas, but needed assistance with Alfredo’s flights. Thanks to Aeroplan donors and our friends at World Relief, Alfredo flew to Texas with his family and is looking forward to rebuilding their lives in a safe environment.
