Spectrum Mothers is a North Vancouver–based charity that provides short term, community based caregiver relief for mothers and families experiencing crisis. Our prevention focused approach stabilizes families early, reduces isolation, and helps keep mothers and children safely together. Through trusted, relationship centred care, we support maternal wellbeing, strengthen parenting, and build resilience so families can navigate difficult seasons and move forward with stability and hope.
